Ripping people off! House was a mess when I moved in. They did not clean it at all. Everything in the house is constantly breaking down. Leaks and flooding. Did not provide a microwave or vacuum cleaner, basic things that are supposed to be provided when youre paying close to 600 a month!!

Looking for a quality apartment in Leeds was proving challenging and then enter Phil, Amy & Michelle. They made a difficult job easy. A professional service going out of their way to assist, we could not be happier. The flat was beautiful, any maintenance prompt and we had no problems. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommended and thank you SJM!

Awful awful business. I would prefer to live in a shed (which is now basically what have to do) then to ever have to deal with these individuals again. I had a contract for a three-bedroom apartment signed in November with two other girls that i was supposed to be moving into in 3 DAYS. We were having trouble paying the first month's rent, but we had set up a payment plan to make sure the company got everything they were owed. The boss was supposed to call us and help us sort out our complicated situation, so everything seemed to be going smoothly. However, four days later, after having to call him myself once more, he called to inform us that he had some bad news. That unfortunate news was that during the time he was supposed to ring us and give his helping hand, he had found a whole new group of people to live in their flat WITHOUT TELLING US and that he was very sorry. So unless you would like fake promises that render you homeless, i suggest finding another company to give your money to.

Great company I rented for 2 years they fixed every problem within 24 hours moved out and paid my deposit back in 72 hours. Can not fault them, if you look after the property They rent you. They will look after you. Thank you Phil and the team.
