Intercity Accommodation

I am not sure if my review has been deleted but this response hardly surprises me - they don't tend to respond very professionally or kindly to criticism! I was indeed a real client of Intercity Accommodation, for around three years. Like most agencies and landlords, they were generally fine during normal service, but if you need to amend or change the contract (eg. move out early due to unforeseen circumstances) expect them to be difficult and punitive.

Very unprofessional behavior by this company relating to Park Villa Court. Attempting to acquire the site, upsetting the residents and leaseholders with inappropriate comms breaching various legislation. With regards to Intercitys reply; your reply doesn't reflect the facts and as you're not the managing agent and have not legally been appointed and have agreed to return everyone's money through your illegal demand, you shouldn't know who's who in site.

I rented a flat from Intercity for roughly 18 months and had a very good experience. John and the team are very friendly and always happy to help. Any maintenance issues were resolved promptly and all communication was very responsive both by phone and email. Security deposit was returned quickly and in full at the end of my tenancy. Would definitely recommend Intercity.

Paid 50% of a boundary fence to be installed to a property this company manage, Was never fitted on agreed date, no communication at all, Wouldnt recommend

A statement from the Directors of Park Villa Court (Maintenance) Limited; Further to the previous 1* review, it is confirmed that given the circumstances that Intercity Accommodation is not the legally appointed managing agent of Park Villa Court. Their conduct, standards and disregard for legislation is currently being escalated. This includes illegal demands for money, apparent breaches of GDPR, entering into a long term agreement breaching Section 20 legislation. That their previous reply to 'Lou Lou' tries to pass the buck of their poor conduct onto individuals indirectly connected to the site raises red flags. Along with their above market rate charges.. that they are trying to apply. Previous reviews pertaining to this company's conduct is worrying yet is supportive of Park Villa Court (Maintenance) Limited experience.
