No Gas safety checks
They don't care about the tenants and run away from their responsibilities and legal obligation they should be investigated utterly unacceptable behaviour from their staffs. I had to pay extra money for hotel to secure my kids as they made us homeless. My things were outside and family was stranded. They dont even check the property they rent out if its habitable or not. The worst lettings agent ever they are not worthy to be trading.
The property is not fit for purpose. Mould damp all over the walls
I have seen reviews of previous clients and it's 100% true totally poor customer services and very unprofessional.
No proper Health and Safety checks done before a tenant move into the property.
They are constantly breaching the Law and should be investigated.
