WARNING... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! 1 month since the last review and still no repairs done! Lewis actually tried to berate me for leaving a bad review! Seriously if you are a landlord or an individual or a business DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their work is shambolic and represents how their companies are run. I have been waiting 7 MONTHS for window repairs!! S9 Constructuon and Urban Developments are co owned! There is a conflict of interest.....! What an absolutely disgusting company. All work together with S9 construction coincidentally at the same address very unhelpful. Wont repair shoddy work. Hard to contact anyone. Do not use this company at all. Do not use S9 construction. Their work as a developer is laughable.

Terrible experience with urban developments lewis buttery gave my number to who he claimed was my landlord to be threatened and racially abused by an unknown man via text message to be served a illegal abandonment notice dated 2018 because they refuse to fix the property so its actually liveable...also had to report them to the council and citizens advice never secured my deposit with a scheme and can't provide evidence they are underhanded criminals avoid at all costs

Absolutely Disgusting! For anybody concidering renting or purchasing with this company involved I advise you to run for the hills. The staff have a vile attitude towards what they need to be accountable for. Lewis, Who we have dealt with most often has the worst attitude I have ever come across. The first time I experienced Lewis's customer skills was at my front door. I was letting him know that as he had turned up half hour early for a meeting he would have to wait until the set time as I have my eldery Grandparent staying with me whilst he recovers from cancer and he started walking away from the door kicking off about us wasting his time. Not only was he 30 mins early, but wow, complete lack of compassion for an elderly gent. This morning after reporting yet another defect that they wont hold themselves accountable for Lewis called back and I can only call his language Vile and Disgusting towards a Vulnerable disabled woman who just wants to have the things wrong with the house repaired. Whilst on the phone, and I quote he told us to F*/K OFF and to stop bothing him followed by other abusive and harrasing statments which has now been passed over to the relevent authorities. I can only presume that Lewis's attitude stems from being unhappy with his self, what an angry young man and to leave him to deal with customers.

Defo worth a zero rating , rang them to inform them it wasn't possible to inspect my home ( bearing in mind I have no contract with these my landlord instructed them after my notice) anyway Craig Marsden decided it was a good idea to ignore the law and threaten me with a forced entry. Reported to police who rang back after I logged the incident to say if he turns up ring 999 immediately....I wonder what they know about this company, they was pretty insistent on me ringing them immediately if he arrives.....pretty worrying after reading one employee assaulted a girl......one consolation police did inform me if he forces entry before they arrive and is attacked by my rottweiler I have nothing to worry about as far as prosecution as he will have been trespassing and forced entry.....I would hate to think my dog hurt anyone but if a threatening man decides he's greater than the law.....good luck to him....will update after supposed visit...oh and I'm a cancer sufferer as well which he thought was still OK to threaten entry to a sick mans home .....lucky I've got a dog I'm thinking. AVOID ALL CONTACT OR USE OF THIS COMPANY IF YOU WISH TO REMAIN SAFE ..being threatened is quite harrowing thinking some man is going to try force his way into my home after being informed its not suitable , broken Britain strikes again....bullied by my own countrymen ...sad Moraleless times we currently live in
