Their bins are literally overflowing all over the floor in the street outside, this has been going on for almost 2 months now. No one has made any attempt to clean it up, the guy who runs the business is vile and abusive in nature. Seems to think he owns the right to park where ever he pleases even though he doesn't actually live here!!

Matt and the team offered us nothing but exceptional service throughout our time with them - the house was very well cared and the handyman (who is absolutely fantastic and a great guy) popped round every time we needed something doing within the day. Often I'd catch him checking the exterior of the property and once he spotted something and had roofers in the next day - just quality property management all round. Our oven broke through fair use on one occasion and there was a new oven there within a couple of days - installed and ready to go no fuss no quibbles. I recommend any students looking for a reliable, trustworthy and no-nonsense agent to check out Prestige - there's a reason their walls are plastered with thank you notes from tenants!

If i could i would give them no stars. When we moved into the house it was absolutely disgusting. We lived with no carpet for a month, there were rats when we moved in and they never sorted them. There was not enough seating in the living room for all of the people living there. The communication between the landlord and letting agency is terrible so nothing gets fixed. We have struggled to get our deposit back even though we deep cleaned the house before we left. Finally we were given our deposit back which was 50 short for each of us even though there was no damage and they had no excuse as to why they needed that 350 from us. We have not been able to get into contact with them as they are ignoring our emails and calls. Finally we received our deposit and it has bounced because they do not have the money to pay us meaning they have probably spent our deposit. Absolute disgrace. I could go on and on but cant be bothered to waste my energy.
