Arranged a viewing for a property in Nottingham.I had to take a day off from work, arrived in the property on time,2 minutes before appointment,they called and apologised,that one of the agents took the property keys at home. Re booked for the next day at 5 PM, I arrived at the property again on time ( perhaps 2hr journey) but Non of the estate agents showed up.I called several times, they didn't have a clue what was going on.This happen on Thursday 27 th of April, up to now, non of them called to apologise. In general this agents are disorganised. Date of experience: 27 April 2023

Don't bother trying to view properties through them they are useless!! Dont return your calls, missed out on our dream property because they couldn't arrange a second viewing knowingi was keen to put forward an offer. They also know nothing about the property they are selling so don't bother asking any questions either. Turned up late to the viewing, double booked the appointment and didnt have all the keys so couldn't view the whole property.
