this place does not exist ! It's funny because there are two locations in Leeds of the supposed agency and I've been to both locations one is a furniture store and the other is a carpet store. Another thing is that it would be easier to contact you if someone answered the phone.

Unprofessional, lazy, rude and simply doesn't care about their clients or their properties. Plus, you get spoken to like a child and have no choice but to consult a solicitor because of their inabilitys. Would not recommend!

Hi, I lived at a property on balm road with this lot. I moved out 2 month's before my contract expired. I have paid my rent payments since with no confirmation, the property on balm road was dirty and for "professional living", there's a lot of crackhead that live there. Using no names (flat 11). They said they'd advertise my property when I moved out which they haven't done. This is the only way to leave my contract early without paying. All in all, really wouldn't recommend, I would of rather slept rough

I have had occasion to contact James and Karen, at some very inhospitable hours of the day, needing assistance .On each such occasion, within minutes, I had a response and action immediately thereafter. James in particular is very thorough and professional, no short cuts taken and he has assisted me greatly, at some very awkward moments. A fantastic letting agency, I would not use any other while this level of service is forthcoming and would recommend this company to any would be clients or tenant.
