Fletcher properties was great in every step of the way. From the moment we found the place, and throughout the whole tenancy. Super quick to fix any issues (which were rare anyways), and very understanding of external situations affecting the tenants. Would recommend to anyone whos looking for a reliable lettings agency!

Had an excellent experience renting with Fletcher's. In particular, John and Aimee were superb in getting back to me quickly and making the referencing, viewing and moving in processes smooth as I could possibly have wanted. Massive recommendation for those looking to rent!

Fantastic experience with Fletcher Properties. Craig has been a lovely landlord! The team are very helpful and clearly care about the tennants. Any issues are responded to quickly, but the houses are in such a good state we barely had any! Friendly and professional, many thanks!

We had immediate interest from several buyers after it was advertised, and after viewings the house was sold within 3 days. I met with a few estate agents before deciding to use Fletcher properties. I was confident that the team understood the nuances of the local housing market and felt that John was a safe pair of hands to sell the house. The support and communication has been great throughout and based on my experience I would recommend them.
