Horrible place. Horrible service. The houses are practically hazardous at this point & of course unreturned deposits. BEWARE. Do not sign with these people & even though they might appear to be professional, after 2 years dealing with them i can assure you theyre definitely not.

Had one of the worst years of my life due to living in one of their houses. (Precovid). Theyd painted it before we moved in and omitted the fact that it was practically falling down. Water coming from the shower into the kitchen, water coming in through the roof in about ten different places. They refused to fix things or offer compensation for months until I reported them to the council. The fridge was broken and had been reported for over two weeks and they kept saying there was a delay in the suppliers which translates to: youre not worth having a fridge and we dont care, the cheapest fridges arent available so get used to not having a fridge. I found this especially awful due to the fact that the owner has 20+ companies, a turnover of millions of pounds, and I dont think he would accept being treated like he treats his tenants. I am still considering whether its worth my time taking any other kind of action against them since this severely affected my physical, mental health and my job. I would strongly suggest you avoid this agency, and avoid any companies owned by Jeffrey Barnett.

BEWARE!!! AVOID IFORHOMES EVEN IF THEIR HOUSES LOOK NICE ON PICTURES, YOU WILL REGRET IT!! As others have said - this is the worst housing agency in Leeds. The last thing James, Vicky and Isobel care about is their tenants, waiting months for any repairs, unfinished rooms (a friend didnt have a bed for 2 months in his room), not working wi-fi when everyone was forced to work from home during lockdown, arrogant maintenance who left mess in the rooms. After moving out, they tried to claim 720 for two mattresses which were stained when we moved in.

Avoid at all costs. Reported maintenance when I first moved in 2 years ago and never came to fix. Windows were faulty and a burglar managed to break in because of that. Only after the incident they only came and fix the window. Claims to have the property deep cleaned, however, when we moved in the place was dusty and faulty appliances throughout. After moving out, they quoted that we exceeded our electricity quota by 2000+. However, the evidence they provided was a projected electricity bill, not the actual reading itself. Amidst the pandemic, no tenants were living in the flat for 3 months and its impossible to have used the projected amount. If you are currently signed with this agent, my advice to you is to have picture/video evidence of the property when you first move in and keep a record of emails/calls made to report maintenance if they fail to deliver. To note: this property agent may have changed their business profile due to overwhelming negative reviews.
