        Beyond have just taken over the management of our house. Been living here for 7 years and have been asked to leave via a section 21 letter only to find that our house is available for viewings with a giant rent increase. Disgusting!

        I'm a landlord and Beyond Lettings have been absolutely fantastic since they have been managing my HMO property in Leeds. Annabel is very communicative and has always secured tenants quickly. Any repair work or maintenance is dealt with quickly and with no stress. Steven has been very helpful and given his advice when I have looked at investing in other properties in Leeds. Couldn't recommend highly enough if you are looking for your property to be managed / let or if you are looking to source an investment property.
