We rented our property for a year, and having just signed on for another 12 months I couldnt recommend this company more. The property was clean prior to moving in and any maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Lydia especially has been amazing in managing our property, and she will be greatly missed. I've rented with CW Langton for a year and thoroughly enjoyed my experience, it was a very smooth process moving in with the house and inventory done to a great standard. They've been helpful on any queries throughout the year and would highly recommend if your looking for a company to rent from that look after their tenants before during and on the process of leaving their tenancy :)

Lydia (the property manager) is an actual angel sent from heaven. I've rented from CW Langton before and had a great experience, I only moved for more space. When it was time to look again, contacted Lydia to see if they had anything available and she said she'd keep an eye out as they had nothing at the time. Fast forward a few weeks and Lydia came back with a perfect property. It's been 2 weeks now since we moved in and Lydia has been an absolute star. She worked hard to help us move in before our move out date so we could avoid having to stay at a friends, she had the keys, meter readings, cleaning and move in video ready to go the second she said she would, she helped us by finding other places to store redundant furniture and even helped us in getting our deposit back from the last landlord. She's helped so much in this stressful time. Absolutely nothing bad to report and I can honestly say I'll stay with CW Langton for as long as Lydia's there (the company is great too though). @CW Langton, please give her a raise.
