Purchased a place on Colquitt Street (L1 Boutique) and after the third stage payment, the property management company started making late and discounted rental payments in breach of their agreement and for no real reason, explanation or basis, blaming Covid-19 as the cause. The management company leasing my property is currently over 8,000 in arrears and RW Invest have made no real attempt to resolve the issue, explain the basis of the abatement, whilst making further ambiguous offers of "guaranteed income" without resolving the issues on the previous agreement. Furthermore, and the main reason for this post, RW Invest have made a final promise to resolve the issues on 2nd of September 2021, and since then there has been no communication despite several reminders from myself, and I have been forced to escalate the matter against the other party in the lease agreement. Post-sales client services it seems is non-existent and heavily biased towards the management company and not the investor.
