I was easily able to book a 30 minute GP consultation with Dr Raj Chaggar for a time and date which was convenient to me - something my NHS general practice was unable to do. I had two health issues to discuss. Dr Raj Chaggar was extremely prompt for my 10 a.m. appointment last Saturday, and was warm and welcoming in his demeanour. He listened attentively and made good use of available medical documentation I had brought with me for the two matters. I very much welcomed his patient engagement manner which was again very warm, caring, supportive, unhurried, and understanding. On one of the health issues he was able to provide reassurance and professional opinion which I valued, and was able to confirm that I do not need further blood tests or adjustments to medication dosage. This showed sound professional knowledge and judgment on his part. On the second, he was able to provide a private prescription for a specific antibiotic required in preparation for, and to assist recovery with, forthcoming oral surgery. Overall a first class service from Dr Raj Chaggar, whom I will continue to consult as my private GP, should I need to in the future. I can highly recommend him. I would expect better from a private hospital,communication poor, additional charges not explained and very expensive, seem to cater for insurance and corporate business and not the private individual.

Lack of dignity and respect regarding modesty for female patient. I voiced my anxiety issues before hand and I was ignored both by male Dr and female staff who made me feel violated. I no longer feel able to seek further medical help as I don't trust they will respect my dignity.

Great customer service. I enjoyed my consultation with Dr. Raj Chaggar. I liked that there was endless cups of water, tea, hot chocolate and coffee for me if I wanted, and I like that the waiting areas are not crowded, aesthetically lovely and comfortable.
