Meanwood Post Office

Absolutely awful woman (Kam) from behind the post office counter accepted my parcels today. From looking at previous reviews Im not the only one who thinks she needs to go on a customer service skills course. She was dismissive, rudely told me I had the QR codes all formatted wrong when thats just how they were emailed to me. Then proceeded to tell me that I had to stick the code I had printed off down with some more tape, and told me to use the tape behind me on the stand. I collected the receipts for the parcels I was sending back and then told me, to my complete surprise, you owe money for the tape you used! If I had known she was going to charge me 3 for a bit of tape I wouldnt have used it! Go here as a last resort, I left feeling extremely irritated.

Money hungry. Charged 100 to get 2 envelopes to Dublin 1st class & refused to inform me that standard would get it there at the same time. Insisted I pay despite me telling them I can't afford it. Went to another post office and was only charged 18 for standard.
