I went with my partner for lunch ti this place and unfortunately the customer service is just terrible . After sitting for a few minutes, the person who attends was talking to a known customer and completely ignored us even though she saw that we had arrived and that we were waiting. I had to get up myself and ask her for the menu to order. The place itself is very dirty, the tables were not cleaned and the placemats were stained with food even so we stayed and decided to give them a chance since we had seen some good reviews At the end of all the food was regular 6/10 and it took more than half an hour to bring a simple plate of beef steak and rice!!!! I do not recommend this place at all do not waste your money here. if you are looking for a portuguese restaurant with good food and good customer service go to Cantinho do Aziz, it is close to the city center.
