Strasse (UK)

What a nightmare buying a car from Strasse was for me. I pointed out areas that needed addressing on the 911 before I committed to putting down a deposit and buying. None of these points were addressed, one point was said to have been addressed but turned out it hadnt been and the other point was simply fobbed off to me as it was ok which was proved to be untrue. Dealing with the points was made more difficult in Strasses stubbornness though an amicable agreement was reached. Strasse had been caring for this 911 for the last 5 + years, some of the quality of workmanship was shocking though this could have been pre Strasse time, its difficult to say. I had so little faith in the car after this I sold it and got a similar 911 that was thoroughly checked over first, I wish I had had this done to the 911 I bought from Strasse but thats easy to say after the event. I have all the copies of emails between myself and Strasse still, Im keeping as a reminder as to get things check professionally next time. I dont wish to discredit Strasse but to express my experience I had with them.

I've used Strasse a few times on my 2013 Boxster. First to fix a fault with the roof drains, second for the MOT and lastly to fix a cooling system fault. Impeccable, professional service each time and would definitely recommend.
