These guys also do electrical. (Do not mix with a similar sounding electrical company in Leeds who have good rep) So 50 + 270 Labour for 25 mins. No breakdown of the invoice other than a PDF document of what happened in 5 sentences. On the phone I was told 50 & Labour. Unsure if they made the cost on the spot after seeing that I could afford city centre rent & took advantage? Unlikely I can get this fully reimbursed now. Thanks guys!

Absolutely awful service. Avoid at all costs. Tried to charge me 390 for a 10 minute job and left me with a half finished job - Basically broke a frozen pipe and left it broken. Customer service is literally the WORST I have ever experienced. Absolutely enraged - taking advantage of people. I dont know how they sleep at night.

Yaz, who came to diagnose and repair an electrical issue was absolutely brilliant, on time and kept me up to speed with the works he was doing

Absolute skanky crooks. Site says 30 mins call-outs. Called and they told me one hour to one hour thirty minutes. Almost 4 hours later still waiting. They prey on you being stuck in an emergency situation and bide themselves time by saying 30 mins then 90 mins then youve called three times and still left waiting with a flooded house! Had to call another emergency call out service who fixed the problem. Cancelled this company and now they are trying to force me to pay the 50 call-out fee. Hung up on them not giving them a penny and legally no reason too as they did nothing. Do not get involved with these snakes. If you google emergency plumber or whatever please ignore sponsored ads and scroll down a bit to find a reputable tradesman! Avoid at all costs.
