        Really poor service from Macauley. Give this firm a wide birth and go to a local reputable company. I asked for a quote for some work (new sink, taps and a hive fitting to my boiler). I was told they would quote over the phone. Sent all the details as requested...no response. Chased again....nothing...chased again...nothing, they clearly dont want or need my business. It doesn't matter how good you are if you haven't got common decency in business your reputation will proceed you.
