I called Dave in an emergency situation on Easter Sunday and, after quoting his rates over the phone, he was with us within the hour as promised. Dave arrived within half an hour of my initial phone call and immediately set about diagnosing and solving the problem (a leaking radiator valve) in a calm and methodical manner, talking me through every step. He also gave me some additional advice on how best to update my plumbing system to make it more resilient to similar issues in future. The price seemed reasonably competitive given that this was an emergency callout on Easter weekend. I hope I won't need to use an emergency plumber again anytime soon, but if I do, I'll be giving Dave another call. Service: Plumbing leak repair

Arranged a callout with this company as I had a leak on a water pipe in my home which was causing vast damage, I explained the situation over the phone and sent a clear video of the leaking pipe via whatsapp as requested. Within the first minute of arrival and without even taking a spanner out of his vehicle the plumber declared he was unable to fix this problem as it was a red pipe etc, he could have saved me the time and a lot of money by telling me this over the phone after I had sent him the video earlier. I feel ripped off as I was charged the expensive full callout rate even though zero work was done in that short period and was left with the exact same water leak as before his visit. Ultimately I had to pay again to call out a different company/plumber who came out and did a fantastic job and fixed the leaking pipe promptly and without fuss.
