        It's really gone down hill and seems to be getting worse. So difficult to book an appointment and fit in. Never meets the customers need. Always have to book time off work to fit in. Regret paying for all 8 laser treatments. I'm stuck!

        AVOID AT ALL COSTS If I could give 0 stars I could. From start to finish the whole process has been an absolute joke. As soon as they have your money they dont care at all. The aftercare does not exist. I would be here all day if I explained my entire experience but to keep it short and sweet, taking my advice and stay away from this company. Cosmic surgery is meant to be an exciting and life changing experience. My experience has caused nothing but stress and I know other people sharing similar experiences.

        This company is by far the worst company I have come across. They persuaded me into paying a deposit of 500 deposit before a consultation and explained that i would be given my deposit back if I didn't go ahead with the treatment. I am still waiting for my refund 2months in!!!!
