Aaron is a great salesman and a great guy at first. He will probably mention to you that he has a 5-star team. We hired Aaron to strip wallpaper, plaster and paint 3 bedrooms, hall, landing and stairs. The quote was to include the walls and ceilings. Once work started, I quickly realised that I could give Aaron 5 stars in: disrespect, taking his anger out on customers, profanity, intimidation, scare tactics, manipulation and lies. Aaron told us that the job was completed multiple times, even when the wallpaper wasnt stripped, covering his lies with a bunch of excuses. He ignored our questions and concerns, and constantly tried to push us into paying him in full prior to completion. When I advised that he will be paid in full when the job is completed (which was in our written agreement), he became totally erratic and disrespectful. He called me enraged, yelled at me and said he will be dropping the rest of the job. This became worse when they actually completed the job. I asked questions about the end result, I was yelled at again over the phone, accused of trying to get out of paying them (our conversation took place 2 hours after they completed the job!) and told to watch YouTube videos if I had any questions. I was then (the same evening, couple of hours later) threatened by Aaron, as apparently he had 4 angry men waiting for a payment and things could get out of hand. Threats, erratic conversations and Aarons profanities forced us to consider an evaluation by an independent plasterer to understand if his intimidation tactics and inappropriate behaviour was a sign of them attempting to cover something up. This did not go well with Aaron either. His reaction was to start calling us from 7am the next day, he passed my partners personal details on without his consent to his team to double up on intimidation routes and continuous disrespect. You would wonder if the job completed was good. Well, we would not know until it dries and a professional assesses it, because paying when you are happy is a complete lie. What I do know right now is the cost of damage to windows, windowsills and a built-in wardrobe that resulted from their careless work - 450. A made to measure tv unit no longer fits where it once was. On top of that, they cleaned nothing after themselves. Plaster was on our toilet and in the kitchen - rooms that were not meant to be even touched by them! Its really hard to describe what they have done to the floors and how hard it is to clean - scraping off plaster from wooden boards is taking hours, hours and hours. On a side note, make sure you check his reviews on Yell - zero positive reviews in 2022. I have made a big mistake by not looking carefully and missing Yell, so I strongly advise you not to repeat my mistake. It is better to pick any alternative option: pay more, wait longer, even not do the job at all than dealing with Aaron, his team and being treated like absolute trash and losing sleep over your safety.

Arron did 2 bedrooms at short notice when I couldn't get anyone else. Immaculate job clean tidy and his lads was very polite would definitely recommend. I will definitely use this firm again

Sam behaved so professional when giving a quote, just like how cowboy builders behave they trap you in. 1st day he doesnt turn up instead another person who I hadnt seen before neither did I know what sort of experience he had, I let him do 2 days of work, a pathetic job! I rang Sam an complained as I was told he was going to plaster our whole house an instead he sent someone who couldnt do the job well! He spoke to me really rudely and told me had a job elsewhere so he wouldnt be attending my house! Why didnt he mention this whilst giving a quote? I didnt want to let a inexperienced plasterer ruin my whole house that needed plastering, when I told him Im not paying for the 2 days of work till your dont sort yourselves out and come to work as you promised an complete my house professionally he threatened me to break my windows! Eventually got rid of him and got a professional to complete the rest! We wasted weeks in this unnecessary drama! Avoid him he lies a lot an very rude!
