        Alison is a great Pilates instructor. Shes professional, knowledgeable, makes us work hard in the over 60s whilst also responding to our individual needs.and its fun! Her monthly newsletter is packed with updates and useful YouTube clips. Essential for keen gardeners too.

        Kati is a fabulous Pilates teacher. Her classes are fun and varied and the hour seems to pass in a flash. I have become stronger and more flexible since I have been attending. I would highly recommend this class.

        I found Katis class after trying 3 others. Kati was welcoming and very knowledgeable. I enjoy the class, Kati explains what we are doing and to which muscles we are working on. I would recommend Katis classes.

        First Pilates classes I have ever taken. Kati is brill, demos easy and hard versions of exercises. A good pace and varies the execises each week. Lots of fun, lovely and friendly group, with a really nice relaxed atmospher. Plus you get a full 60 mins too. Whats not to like. Highly recommended.
