Fifth Element Pilates

Fifth element pilates has been so beneficial for my health and wellbeing. As a complete beginner to pilates Cathy created a plan suited to my needs and capabilities. She really educated me on my own body and ways i can improve my health, fitness and well-being through pilates. I would 100% recommend her to anyone wanting to get into pilates, wanting a educated professional to work with you through beginners to advanced levels. She is very calm and encouraging. I Feel very lucky to have a instructor who has had such a positive impact on my life!

First time doing a beginners Pilates class online with Cathy and I really enjoyed it. She really made me feel at ease and explained all movements it was easy to follow and made me feel great and well stretched. Will definitely be doing more classes.

I had a great Pilates class last Sunday with Cathy. It was for all levels- Ive done quite a bit of Pilates due to a disc problem in my back. However- I found it really clear, great for my back. Lots of stretching and focusing on certain areas and nothing I couldnt do but enough to work on. Cathy explained everything really well and gave options if we couldnt do anything. I felt more mobile and stretched out after the class and definately was holding myself better! Would highly recommend

Catherine's virtual Pilates sessions have been a lifeline in lockdown. Catherine is so attentive, personalises all my sessions to my body and goals, and is amazingly perceptive of how my body is moving even through zoom! Highly recommend :)
