Embody Pilates Leeds

My sessions with Embody Pilates are the perfect start to my day, making me feel focused and energised. Louise is a gem, with a knack for making people feel completely at ease during classes (important for somebody like me who is fairly new to the world of barre pilates). Her great sense of humour certainly helps! Though Louise is based in Leeds, I've been able to feel the benefit from down in London thanks to her accessible online sessions. Great workouts in a supportive, positive environment that I can not recommend highly enough.

I've been a client for sometime and always enjoyed the classes. Louise is extremely knowledgeable and I love attending. She has the skill of tailoring classes, offering alternatives to meet all clients needs. Its a fun and enjoyable experience. I feel stronger, have better balance and improved flexibility. Something for all abilities, youll be hooked like me.

Louise is caring, skilled and reliable. I am a 71 year old overweight male with arthritis. She genuinely tailored my participation in the class fit to my capabilities and health needs. I always feel better for attending and commend Embody Pilates to everyone who expresses an interest in Pilates.
