They are nothing but scam, dont patronise them, got phone from them at the rate of 480, after a month I want to sell back to them to upgrade to another iPhone, they are pricing the phone they sold for me 480 for 280

Took my phone in for repair they fixed it went outside couldn't call anyone went back in they opened my phone had a Lyca sim card in told them I brought my phone in with ee sim been on ee all my life staff was arrogant said I was lying I told him not my sim card to keep it want my ee sim back said that's what he took out was a liar and a not a nice person ended up going to ee shop to sort the problem with my I'd they sorted straight away but lost all my contacts never go there again disgusting customer service

Bought a Samsung a12 from here ... all i can say is once they have the money they don't care about your custom..... i have had the phone less than a year and have had multiple problems crashing screen becoming unresponsive the phone still looks like brand new they just sold me a phone and some scam insurance to go along with it and now no one in this shop is interested in helping ..... dont buy from here as i now have a phone less than 12 month old with 12 month insurance that they wont fix
