Old Lane - The Pharmacy Group

Very warm and friendly staff. I often have to pick up prescriptions for someone else and when I went to pick it up for him not long after he first started going there, I was very surprised to find out that they remembered that he prefers to go by his nickname instead of his first name (which he hates). It may just be a little thing, but things like that make you feel welcome and it really means a lot that they made the effort, since there aren't many other places that do (even ones who have known him for many years). I will be making sure to have my own prescriptions sent there in future since they have made such a great first impression.

I was trying to get some more tablets as I struggle with chronic back pain and the woman I spoke to was very rude to me because someone else was talking in the same room as me she said I'm not talking to both of you with a bad attitude I'm changing pharmacies now I've got enough stress in my life without bad customer service the man that works at this branch is nice though it's a shame the woman wasn't going to a different pharmacy from now on she could do with some customer service training.

Unbelievably brilliant team at this branch, honestly it's so refreshing to find a pharmacy where the focus is on helping the customer even if that means making work for themselves. They really are very caring and genuinely the best pharmacy I've been to for a long time.

These are the most lovely people. Every staff member I've spoken to have been helpful and kind. They deliver the medication the same day to your house and nothing is too much trouble. Would be happy to recommend to anyone.

The Dr had made getting a repeat prescription really difficult! The pharmacy staff, however have been very patient with my numerous phone calls. Finally got everything sorted today. The pharmacist had my tablets ready to collect very quickly.
