Cohens Chemist

Best chemist in the area by far and significantly better than the one over the road. They pretty much always have my medication on hand and on the rare occasion they dont, its in the next day without fail.

Wouldn't recommend ive now changed chemists because they mess up on medication's never have them ready and they dont tell you if your missing any medications due to them not been able to get them due to manufacturing issues, which leaves you without that medication when you could get an alternative from your doctor before it runs out.

Just left the pharmacy feeling so small it's untrue. Took my 3 year old boy so the pharmacist could check out a rash that just shown up. The chemist was full the man pharmacist was lovely the ladies that worked their was talking about me right in front of me staring and me and sniggering I felt so uncomfortable other people noticed because they would look at them and then look at me to see my reaction and someone actually asked me if Iwas ok? It's an older lady that works their with short hair she's rude to everyone iv just read all the reviews on her so it hasn't just been me she also has discussed my personal information infront of a full chemist when she could of pulled me to 1 side I really don't know why she would work in customers services if she's going to be rude to everyone it's not fair

I had Cohens as my Nominated Pharmacy, but i have changed it as of this morning. As who ever i spoke to on the phone, was very Rude. I had been ringing the Phone, for over 15 minutes which when they eventually answered, i had rang them over 25 times. To which the woman, on the phone said we answer the phone all the time you haven't rang that many times. I was like i have the Call Log, on my phone to prove it. The woman continued to get into a back & fourth argument with me, instead of just getting to the root of why i rang in the first place. I only rang to see if they, have recieved my Prescription straight from the GP. She then told me that it had been sent to somewhere in LS8, when it isn't my usual pick up for Medication. On three other occassions prior to this incident, my Prescriptions have been sent to three different Pharmacy's when they are not my nominated one. I have had to wait over three hours, to get Pain Relief Prescribed by my Doctor which, i have been in desperate need of. I don't normally write a Review, for things but this one has been Grating on me. & i felt it appropriate, so no one else has to go through this!!!
