Absolutely no clue this chemist dont send ya txt messages out nobody knows what there doing or talking about staff needs changing very bad customer service

I have been with Medichem for 30yrs and they have been the best but these past few months not good at all prescriptions not delivered on time and been told they have not ordered them at the Drs because we have to call Medichem now when we are running down and tell them as not doing it anymore!! I replied it would have been nice to have known this before so you are not left without important medication to take!!! It has gone down In my opinion!

Such rude and difficult staff. Not willing to accept an electronic copy of a medical exemption card (since the medical card has not been posted yet) just because it has no start date. Its obvious they have no understanding of the system/rules. Poor communication!! Worse off they tell me to ring 0300 nhs number to get the refund once card has arrived. However helpline advised refunds can be given till 3 months of purchase. They are unreal, never had such experiences with any other pharmacies before. Just ridiculous.i will never use this pharmacy again.
