      • Moving to Leeds

        Saturday, no pharmacist so cant pick up prescriptions and cant dispense any medicines. Really unhelpful if you work full time and need the prescription they are now holding hostage!

        Sadly unhappy by way I was treated today. On advice from doctors surgery asked to speak to pharmacist. Was denied this and feel person I spoke to was not totally qualified to advise. May have meant well but feel I was fobbed off just because pharmacist was busy. Accept difficult times but I was treated dismissively. Have had no serious issues previously with this pharmacy.
