Oatland Drive - The Pharmacy Group

One of the women working at this pharmacy was lovely - very sweet and welcoming. The other, who I went to for a consultation about some personal medication made me feel incredibly uncomfortable, judged, and upset. I left feeling embarrassed and I will never be going back to this pharmacy because of this experience. Such a shame - if you are supposed to give personal advice to people seeking confidentiality and support- it is not your place to judge and make the patient feel insecure. Really shocking and disappointing.

This is very well organised chemist store serving the mixed community. I have used them for years and whenever I visited, the staff are very kind and helpful. Theres new manager and couple of girls who joined recently. Each of staff are very friendly serving with a smiling face. Once they started vaccines it got very busy but the service standards have never fallen down. I went for my mothers fourth vaccine last week. I must say that service was instant and excellent!

Outstanding and very happy with chemist. I live in block of flats nearby. Get my familys prescriptions from there. Staff are very friendly and cheerful with all customers. Little but good range of stock at lower price.

Paul the delivery driver was very kind and efficient. I have Covid so he dropped off my meds first thing on a Friday straight to my front door - I live in a block of flats. Really appreciate this! Have a good Christmas.
