Absolutely disgusting service very rude unhelpful staff was prescription meds by gp had to wait 4 days when I questioned why it had taken so long was told it was 24hrs from gp then allow 72hr for dispensing this is NOT a repeat prescription I will never go near this chemist again

Absolutely shocking service! Ordered prescription from drs last week. Went to collect today. Assistant told me it would take a week to process! I questioned this as I have had prescriptions processed in much less time, to be rudely told that it has always been a week - it hasnt! Rude staff, poor service. What is the point in being prescribed medication when you cannot get it! No doubt by the time my prescription is ready, I will need antibiotics to clear up the infection that has set in from having to wait.

Absolutely dire. The assistant is extremely rude. The service is slow and hit and miss if you order prescriptions online. I eventually emailed Well HQ to complain about the unhelpful and rude staff . No reply. I no longer have my prescriptions processed there.

I entered into an arrangement 5 years ago whereby this pharmacy would order my prescription from the surgery upstairs, make up the prescription and deliver it to my home. This has been so hit and miss as to require me to phone to check every month - if they answer! The last 3 months has been ridiculous - script not ordered, and barefaced lies told to blame the surgery. Last month I was told the surgery had stopped accepting reorders from pharmacies (they haven't!) and I had to order it myself. I ordered it, but it never arrived. I visited to collect, and was told very rudely that if I ordered it myself, I needed to ring them to arrange delivery. I have finally given in and gone to the competition. They are a shambles, and don't care.
