        Emma at Leeds Leads still has our keys from nearly a month ago, unreliable. It seems she is keeping them! Have to email and message loads with very little communication. Doesn't always come when promises. Don't use!

        Unreliable service always a excuse to be late or not to turn up!. Always changes of plan. Solo service offered but apparently don't have time to do solo walks. Offers house sitting but now can't have dogs as not covered for insurance wise and house doesent allow dogs. (But has own) so disappointed as used before and recommended several people that USE to use the service but not no more due to incompetent people. Seems to have favourites and the rest gets forgetton about. Very rude head owner never replies to messages. And let us down for a big event and may have to cancel!. DONT USE.!
