Wendy is brilliant if i have any problem & i ask her they always there for me & my dog bailey ,he is a very nervous dog but always is settled there they cant do enough for me & bailey .

I've been having Patt Buster clipped here for years. I recently recommended them to my housemate. As it was such a small and quick job they did it for free. Always consistent! Always lovely!

Took my elderly dog to get her nails clipped, but unfortunately they weren't able to do much because the blood supply had reached the tips (apparently common in older dogs). She clipped the thumb nails a little, but wasn't able to do much else. Amazingly, she didn't charge me for her time, which was completely unexpected. I would have been happy to pay for taking up an appointment, but she insisted that she didn't want to charge me, which I was extremely grateful for. Would highly recommend Pet Lodge for their friendly, fair and reliable service!
