Charlie is so helpful, since we moved to Leeds we started to bring our Westie to her place for grooming and she always done a great job! She is very careful and selective for what products to be used on doggies, that is extremely considerate for dogs like our one who has sensitive skin. Definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a responsible groomer.

My dog is quite nervous of new people but by the time I had picked him up you'd of never guessed that it was his 1st time being groomed by Charlie. Charlie did an amazing job and I felt she really listened to what I wanted as well as being absolutely lovely.

Have been going to Charlie for several years now. I started with my heart dog Chief a husky and he was notoriously naughty for me when trying to brush him. He was an angel for Charlie and enjoyed going to see her. She always did a Sterling job with him and he always looked and smelled amazing. Sadly he passed away December 2021. When I got my Bear (cockapoo) in Jan 2022 I didnt hesitate to have Charlie to be my boys groomer. As usual a sterling service is always given. Her rates are very competitive, she doesnt rush any job and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her premises are truly dog centred. NO CAGES! Clean and beautiful aesthetics, little port holes for the doggos to peep through to reception area. It truly is a spa experience for pooches. I highly recommend Charlie and Cupid and cant say enough positive things about her and the services she provides. Even down to the cute little phot shoots post groom she does
