I instructed this company to fit some new fans, and was advised by their 'specialist' that an electrician was required as there was no power to the vent, we then paid for an electrician to attend however the electrician informed me that there was power and the fan they fitted was faulty, furthermore the fan would not be adequate as the tenants would have to climb on worktop to switch on and off. I have called this company daily and sent numerous emails over the last 5 weeks. They answered once when called from a withheld number only to put off and ask for evidence that an electrician was required, which I have an email stating this from them, resent email and again no response. In addition to this they are still supposed to go back and finish off the plaster as left in a mess. Very poor company. Avoid at all costs.
