I've seen Lisa for personal training and for sports massage. As a pt she really listens to your goals, gives great feedback and offers alternatives if you're finding a move tricky. I am also a massage therapist, so I know good massage, and Lisa's is GREAT! Highly recommended.

I've been working with Lisa for over a year now and it's honestly been one of the best decisions I have made. I joke that she is value for money as a trainer and a therapist. She pushes you to become a healthier version of you and I look forward to our sessions every week.

Lisa is a fantastic PT, I leave every session feeling like Ive accomplished something. She keeps me motivated and pushes me to go that little bit harder, heavier so I continue to progress and get stronger. Lisa provides you with your workout session for you to follow at the gym in between your sessions so you can continue to grow and achieve your goals. Not only is Lisa a great PT she provides a fab sports massage service, which helps prevent injuries and aids recovery, especially when your muscles are starting to feel tight.

Had the unique pleasure of meeting Revitt up Fitness yesterday for a sports massage for the first time. Not managed a massage for a year or so. So Lisa had the hard job of putting my badly knotted body back together. Due to the fact I don't warm up or warm down or stretch before and after training. So after 90 minutes of gruelling work from Lisa she was able to release my body of pain. My 1st night sleep where I didn't wake up with pins and needles and dead arms. Lisa will be my go to Physio from now on.
