    Mitch has been training me to strengthen my legs for a few months now, as I have suffered with plantar fasciitis for 12 months and also suffer with knee pain. I've been given exercises from other physios with little improvement seen, but within a few sessions I was back to being able to go on long walks again, without suffering the heel pain. Mitch always pushes me hard and it really hurts at the time, but the improvement I am seeing is amazing. I would highly recommend him.

    Can not rate highly enough, mitch really knows how to not just help but get to the root of the issue and build up from the root of the issue instead of just fixing surface problems.!

    After years of neglecting proper form and functionality I began to get really bad lower back pain. When I went to see Mitchell he was very informative and could spot various areas of weakness that was contributing to my pain. He then reset some of my muscles and we began strengthening and opening up my movements so I was moving with proper form. After a few weeks of this I could really feel my pain alleviating. My main movements such as squat, deadlift and bench press became so much stronger too! Honestly a new way of training and so much better than those other Physio's out there that just want to give you stretches which only give short term relief. I highly recommend this company!
