That has to be the worst shop attended (Hannah) ever they really need to have some mystery shoppers in to shake up the staff or face an ever declining customer base in this shop. Very disappointing.

Went in to try a scent. The girl in the shop didnt know the difference between an EDP and a cologne. Then told me the cologne in question would perform at the same level of the EDPs in store despite the noticeable difference in %s. Looked around for clarity to see another girl just laughing. Not really what I would expect from a high end fragrance store. Glad I didnt ask for coffee beans or she would have probably sent me to Starbucks.

Did a scent session with Hannah who was fantastic. Super informative, very relaxed and no pressure to purchase anything. We went back and purchased our whole wedding scent, thank you Hannah.

I ordered some Grapefruit 100ml from John Lewis. After 10 days they answered my complaint saying they had no stock. So, I rang the store in Leeds. Hannah was very helpful in telling me they had stock and would put one to the side for me. Girlfriend happy, so I am. Excellent service. Beautifully Gift Wrapped. Well done. Jo Malone and Hannah.

Weve been twice in the past couple of months. Obviously the perfumes speak for themselves. But we choose to go to the shop rather than purchase online as we love having a chat to the perfumer (is that the right terminology?!). She is so helpful explaining how to layer the perfumes and showing us the different products. We love hearing about her dogs too!! A total credit to the company and without doubt we spend more as our enjoyment of visiting the shop is so much more than sitting behind a computer choosing our next purchase.
