Had been given a voucher to use for afternoon tea so chose to visit the PV in Leeds city centre. I had envisaged that I was going somewhere more opulent and it most definitely wasn't opulent. On entering it was obvious that the property is in need of some TLC, a lick of paint and some investment. The chairs and tables were of a cafeteria type and certainly not what I had expected. The two staff were pleasant but seemed a little stressed and up against it and could have done with another member of staff. The food served was nothing special. Thankfully we had the voucher and I would have been absolutely gutted to have paid the full asking price for what we received.

Lovely Afternoon tea with my husband today, I had a Groupon bought as a gift! Plenty of food and unlimited coffee, even had to bring some home! We had a lovely girl serve us and nothing was too much trouble.

Needs some form of management as it has none at the moment, seat people then leave them waiting at there tables to take there orders while serving people coming in to buy products and take them away.Nobody wants to wait 25 minutes to be served cake and drinks. From Damon Moffatt.
