HM Passport Office, Leeds [Appointments only]

I have applied online passport for renewal+ I have send my children old passport but hp passport office keep send me text messages and email about my children old passport to send it when I called hm pasport they told me they have received empty envelope so they told me to report as lost so I did I give them reference number after week later they send me text messages and email to send children old passport thanks for nothing

How many times can someone lose my child birth certificate, the staff are incompetent and unprofessional now Im having to pay for fast track to get my passport In time, I started this process 3 months ago.

I'm fed up!!! literally going backwards and forwards for my daughters first passport. we as a family was supposed to book a family holiday in june for a holiday in July thanks to the passport office that's not possible now they ruined it for me and my family and guess what still no sign of of my daughters passport and we are in August thank you so much

trying to make appointment for my first passport been ringing for 1 week sent 6 emails no reply they told me to make appointment with in 2 weeks i cant get through to so how can i please can someone give me any advise

I would like to thank jackalin the scotish speaking ladie for her outstanding service by far the best out of the 10 people I have spoken to today in this office polite extremely professional and knowledgable in her job intact the only person today I spoke to who was able to answer and sort out my urgent query I thank you so much
