    Had a very similar experience to the other reviewers, which is a shame because my first experience/review was a positive one. Ordered a bundle for a small kids party, arranged for a morning delivery. They said they would arrive within a certain time, but were an hour later than the timescale they themselves had offered. When I pointed this out they sent my own message back to me in which I'd said I didn't think they did morning deliveries. I told them that they should still stick to the timeslot they promised, but apologised for any fault on my part and simply asked for better communication about timescales. Additionally, the package was missing the chocolate bars I'd paid for, they said they'd post them, and then didn't, ignoring several messages I sent to chase it up. I'd like to be clear that I was polite in all my correspondence with them, but they still chose to respond in a unusually passive aggressive way for a business, and then ignored me when they failed to deliver the missing items. I wasn't going to write a review at all, and just chalked the experience up to a new business with teething problems (and perhaps somebody who is not used to dealing with feedback, however polite it is), but when I saw on my profile that my previous google review was still showing 5 stars I had to change it, because it certainly was not a 5 star experience on my second time, and it appears I'm not the only one.

    A disappointing experience with the candy van, now Its my party. Ordered the doughnut wall for my step sons 16th birthday and it came with icing on from a previous user and cheap ASDA doughnuts. For 40 I would have expected a lot more. Then when I came to giving the wall back, it was originally meant to be picked up the day after but I had to rearrange this due to a house completion. I did let Emma know 1.5 hours before. From there a time couldn't be arranged and in the end I ended up spending money on petrol to travel all the way across Leeds to drop it off. Not a very good experience by all accounts. Wont be using again even though my other step son wants one for his 13th birthday in June!

    As somebody else has already said, we ordered from candy van and they had missed something off of our order, which has already been paid for, after being reassured this would be "sorted first thing in the morning" our delivery has still not turned up, whe have asked about this and the candy van have now proceeded to ignore my messages and will not get back in contact with me after basically robbing me DO NOT ORDER!!! They will take your money and you won't get your delivery same as they have done with me and so many more..
