Totally ripped off an elderly couple near me, made a complete mess of their home - spray all over - and damage to property. Demanded more money to rectify it, couldn't rectify it, excuse after excuse. Agreed to refund the couple some of the money, then Shane reneged on the deal. Absolutely disgraceful, avoid like the plague. Shane makes rogue traders look good.... What a cowboy.

Shane is nothing short of a thief and a con man. He will take your money and disappear leaving you with excuses, broken promises and half a job done. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THIS MAN SAYS. WARNING. This man is also trading illegally under the name ' Superior Decorators Ltd' a company he was director of which was dissolved 30th November 2021. The company he is adverting as ' Superior Sprayers Ltd ' is NOT the company listed with Companies House. This man has failed to respond to court claims made against him be myself and others. He is not responding to mail sent to the correspondence address listed. If anyone has any details regarding his whereabouts please can you post them on here. Shane seemed fine when first met him when came to quote for our kitchen spraying on 2nd April 2022. He asked us to pay half as a deposit which was 900, which we paid on 2nd April by bank transfer. He told us the job would be getting done 25th April. To cut a long story short he changed the date twice last minute and just didnt turn up on three other arranged dates. I said I wanted a refund because could not trust him to ever come. He guaranteed that he would send two men to do the job the following day, and if not would refund me. Yet again no one turned up! I had my kitchen packed up ready for a week by now. Shane has promised several different dates over the past 6 weeks that I would be refunded and still not a penny paid back. He has basically stolen 900 of our money and clearly has no intention to pay it back, because he just lies every time with false promises of dates he will pay it back. If at some point he can do the right thing and give me my money he is illegally keeping, I will remove this review and he will hopefully learn to be honest and trustworthy in business in the future. We are now going down the legal route and taking advice off a solicitor if this can also be reported as fraud or theft to the police.
