Amazing experience from start to finish. I even changed my mind on the colour of the frame when the original ones I purchased were ready. Nothing was too much hassle and I got the glasses I wanted!! 5* Service!!!

Fantastic. Ive bought many pairs of glasses over the years and Cubitts is my new go to. Great shop, interior decor is gorgeous, the frame selection is second to none and the service is impeccable. The eye test was very good, the optometrist was friendly, helpful and really pleasant as was Callum who helped me choose my frames. I ended up with 2 pairs and cannot fault the service I received. So pleased to have Cubitts in Leeds after first discovering them in London. If youre looking for an eye test, or especially some new frames, head to Cubitts and you wont be disappointed. Well priced, excellent design and service. Ive recommended two friends already and theyve grateful too, with new frames as well! Keep up the good work, Ill be back soon!

Bought some ridgeway frames in January, went back in February as the lenses don't look like they're seated properly on the frame (multiple gaps between lense and frame) and was told that the return / fix period had expired and there was nothing they could do. The glasses look great but the gaps between the frame and lense are unacceptable and the customer experience was terrible.
