        Customer service is great. Staff were friendly and the optician actually discussed my eye health and gave my a copy of my prescription which I could never get from specsavers. The price was way more than I was expecting even with picking the cheaper frames. Thinning is charged per lens and sure makes the cost steep!

        Really awful customer service. I have previously used Scrivens for eye tests and bought glasses! ...subsequently received very very poor customer service and felt like they were perfectly happy lying to my face in order to try and squeeze extra money out of me. Unscrupulous, money grabbing sheisters!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!
