Optical Express Laser Eye Surgery & Opticians: Leeds

Absolutely in love with my new eyes! Initially nervous about the operation, optical express staff helped me at every stage. Everything was explained clearly and i felt really looked after. Nearing the end of my recovery period and my vision is fantastic! 10/10 would reccommend!

Throughout ,from beginning uptil now, the treatment and care has been superb. The Optician in Leeds has been excellent both prior to surgery and when attending after care appointments. The surgeon was great taking time to explain everything to me including what could possibly go wrong. So what stopped me giving 5 stars? Well, I felt pushed by reception staff to arrange my aftercare at White Rose Retail Park despite making it clear that I wanted to go to Leeds. There seems to be an issue here, not sure why but being a bit pushy myself I got what I wanted in the end. So overall I have been very happy and would recommend them to others.

I had laser eye surgery 6 months ago and it was the best decision Ive ever made. I am so happy with the results, its life-changing. Manisha was my optometrist and was so lovely and helpful, I had a minor complication after the surgery and she was really great explaining everything and has been so thorough, making sure I had regular follow up appointments to check everything was getting better. Jenny was also so friendly and helpful, after the surgery I was getting a taxi home and Jenny offered to walk me down and wait for the taxi with me if I needed any help which was lovely. I cant thank everyone at Airedale House and White Rose enough, theyve all been amazing.
