        terrible experience. My son is only 5 years old and needs his first glasses due to sight reduced. Went to Julian Berson first time, had his eyes checked and told him we were also waiting for the nhs checkup. Mr Berson suggested we could have a glasses with him while waiting for the nhs appointment. We wasn't sure when the appoint so went to jb the second time to get the kid a glasses. All okay until we received the glasses, my son felt very uncomfortable with prescription and also the frame. Phoned them again to see if they can adjust it. The whole thing then just turned to a big joke. Mr Berson told us my son's glasses was just an 'approximate' and asked us do not come but wait for the nhs. Then just threw everything back on us as we insist this & that... An email came through later with full of You... You... You... No idea how they got awarded if the customers were treated like this!!!

        Best Optician full stop. I have been going to Julian for over 20 years for the excellent service and top quality. You sometimes pay a slight premium but it is well worth it.
