        Poor opticians. Bad customer service. Never answer the phone. Useless optometrist, she hit me in the face with the machine. Really unorganised. Staff don't seem to have a clue what their doing. They are slow and unresponsive. I'm cancelling my contact lens scheme and going elsewhere.

        Appealing customer service at John Lewis Opticians in Leeds. Cold, impersonal, slow and borderline rude. I would definitely not recommend this service and it's very disappointing that it is provided by John Lewis which I usually associate with excellent customer service

        I visited the Optician Shop today and I was given a 5 star service. I had all the test done and I knew I had to change my glasses so I got it done there itself. I highly recommend them.

        Friendly and professional staff, but lack of suitable frames that fit my (seemingly normal size) head meant I could not purchase any glasses.
