I have attended eyewear opticians for the last 4 years. Kelly has always been extremely thorough and detailed in testing my eyes. Her advice on the treatment of blepharitis has been most helpful. The whole team at eyewear are welcoming and helpful and I can highly recommend them to you.

Initially thought they were really good, but stopped being with them. They delivered my contacts a month late and I had to contact them to find out where they were (granted they did then supply me some lenses to tie me over). They are really overpriced too. Was able to get the exact same lenses for significantly less at a different optician. Most frustrating though I was told upon sign-up my direct debit would be refundable if I'd paid in advance but then cancelled before I received my lenses. I've rung them about 10 times and keep hearing they'll get back to me, and they'll sort it, but they continue to fail to do so. It's been months now and still don't have my money back. Left really disappointed after what started out and seemed to be a really good service.
