They don't open when they say and I've rang up to 45 times from half 9

OK, but opening times changed to 9.30 according to staff but waited til 10am nobody turned up and never answer phone , manager needs to make sure store opens in time as presentation matters. My glasses broke but I couldn't get mine fixed for last 3 days always same thing
