Superb experience, Paul spent a lot of time checking and testing my vision and offered valuable advice on frames afterwards. No pressured sales pitch and I did not feel like I was just another customer/patient who needed to be quickly seen and then move onto the next one like you might find with many other larger/national practices. Would definitely recommend!

Paul is a wonderful optician who really cares about his patients. He takes his times and explains everything. He also stocks Ortho-k lenses which are the absolute best! All of this is why I make a 3hr round trip to continue to be seen by him.

I have been a customer at Optica Mondi for many years and was always impressed by the friendly, professional service I received. Now Paul has taken over the business I know I am in excellent hands. Paul is so knowledgeable, empathetic, experienced and extremely well qualified. Although I travel some way to my appointments, I am more than happy to do so. On my recommendation, my husband has recently started to use Pauls practice and is very pleased with the trendy frames he was advised would suit him! Just wanted give a shout out to Paul for his caring and thoughtfulness. I had an accident which resulted in my spectacles being lost due to the accident. While I am waiting for my actual multifocal lenses to arrive, Paul fixed me up with a pair of temporary glasses. This is one service that I did not expect, but he provided without being asked. This has gone way above and beyond and I am so grateful and appreciative. Thanks so much Paul for being a blessing. My kids and I have been consulting him for the past year and will not be going anywhere else. This is the best place to get your eyes checked and to get your glasses. The process of the eye examination is very professional and very thorough.
